2011 Kia Forte Koup – Confident Highway Cruiser
Kia — On April 1, 20112011 Kia Forte Koup is a great combination of bold styling, impressive overall quality, solid performance, 156-horsepower engine and solid build quality. It has been redesigned for 2011 model year with new four-door hatchback body style and six-speed automatic transmission. There are some improvements in this model such as better fuel efficiency and performance and it represents a legitimate choice for compact Koup, sedan or hatchback alongside mainstays such as Toyota Corolla, Honda Civic, Scion TC and Mazda 3. The Forte Koup is available in three different body styles such as two-door Koup, four-door sedan and four-door hatchback. The SX Koup gets unique illuminated red speaker, 17-inch alloys and sportier version of SX sedan’s suspension.
There are some optional features in 2011 Kia Forte Koup which include air-conditioning, chrome exterior door handles, split-folding rear seat, automatic climate control, sunroof, navigation system, 16-inch alloy wheels, keyless ignition, leather upholstery with heated front seats, heated leather seats, electric power steering, aerodynamic enhancements and low-rolling-resistance tires. Powering the EX and LX trim levels is a 2.0 liter four-cylinder engine with maximum output of 144 pound feet of torque and 156 horsepower. The SX model is motivated by 2.4 liter engine which is good for churning out 168 pound feet of torque and 173 horsepower. Both engines are teamed up with six-speed manual transmission. The estimate fuel economy for EX and LX trims is 34 mpg highway, 25 mpg city and 29 mpg in combined driving.
